I had the opportunity to visit Moscow in the autumn of 2021, and it was then that I met beautiful Kristina. I actually had wrote to her on Telegram prior to my trip to introduce myself, and to ask if she would be available the week that I would be visiting, and she replied that she would be, and that she would be happy to meet me. I somehow was able to tell that she is kind and courteous just from looking at her photos, and when I met her, I was proven correct! Her photos match exactly as in real life, if not, she is even better in person. I actually was able to write to Telegram again to clarify something that appeared to be incorrect information in one of her messages: she said that her time falls during a specific day and timeframe, yet since mine came up later in her availability schedule, I requested that she remove any future warnings about conflicts with particular days or weeks to avoid confusion. I actually have written hundreds of Telegram messages for people throughout the years to allow them to better understand how I will be presenting myself, and have provided no warning this year that there might be problems when I contact them, because that never changes. I also try to educate new members of our team on the importance they are assigned to certain months/quarters, so as their job may differ significantly based on whether the QCE (in other words whether they work on a FTE, whether they accept full-time contracts at commencement and at termination) than I, especially considering that there are likely fewer new recruits like Kristina who enter Federal Service solely due to unfilled posts by departures, especially since we hire quite heavily based on need, rather than filling openings purely based on the fact that a department desires increased headcount without taking account of the actual capabilities and abilities of those individuals employed within a department. Therefore, while maintaining accurate accuracy records for the purposes of public relations and education, my focus has historically been very heavily placed on making sure that all aspects of Federal Service operate effectively and efficiently. Even where decisions regarding vacations for example affect only us, I have discussed this matter extensively and made alternative arrangements whenever needed to avoid potential issues brought on through misunderstandings between us and among ourselves at times. To summarize my views on record keeping and transparency related to VFD, including correspondence to Telegram, internal agendas developed and approved by OIG, and Education Manuals that describe and provide instructions on various subjects such as procurement, performance management and HR, all on a worldwide level: 💋
